Troubleshooting

Overview

Most WPEnhanced Ajax Filter Blocks issues fall into a few categories: the loop not updating, pagination dropping filters, unexpected query results, or empty filter options. Use the guides below before posting to support.

Quick checks

Run through this list first:

  1. Plugin active — WPEnhanced Ajax Filter Blocks is activated; blocks appear under Ajax Filter in the editor.
  2. Block linkage — Filter Posts is linked to the correct Archive Loop on the same page.
  3. Published content — The loop post type has published items; taxonomies and meta have assigned values.
  4. Caching — Full-page cache, CDN, or security plugins are not blocking REST/AJAX requests. See Caching and performance.
  5. JavaScript errors — Browser console shows no uncaught errors on the filter page.
  6. Plugin conflicts — Temporarily disable other optimization or minify plugins to test.
